Project Name: Yulin Chemical Phase II Phase I Project of Shan xi Coal Group
Project Overview: Shaanxi Coal Group Yulin Chemical Co., Ltd.'s 15 million tons/year coal quality clean and efficient conversion demonstration project Phase II Phase I has a total investment of approximately 62 billion yuan, including 5.6 million tons/year of methanol, 1.5 million tons/year of methanol to olefins, 300000 tons/year of polyethylene (FDPE), 300000 tons/year of polypropylene (PP), etc. It is based on the Yulin Chemical Phase I project of Shaanxi Coal Group, with coal pyrolysis, coal tar hydrogenation, and powder coke gasification technologies as the leading technologies, integrating coal pyrolysis, coal/semi coke gasification, and downstream deep processing technologies to further expand and extend the industrial chain, explore new paths for the coupling development of coal based olefins and coal based aromatics, and achieve high-end and diversified utilization of large-scale raw coal.
Contract scope: Our company has undertaken the deepening design, processing and manufacturing, as well as on-site technical services of steel structures such as methanol synthesis unit, synthesis gas purification unit, vinyl acetate unit, liquid storage and transportation facilities, desalination station, heat exchange station, and all external pipes for the project. The total amount of steel structures is approximately 50000 tons.
