  Haoyu Heavy Industry Technology Center holds a Class A qualification for specialized design of light steel structure engineering, with over 560 professional technicians dedicated to PKPM primary design and TEKLA secondary modeling refinement. As the largest and most specialized design team in China's chemical sector, all members have undergone rigorous technical training and skill assessments, proficient in steel structure design and detailing software, and possess outstanding design capabilities, modeling refinement skills, and extensive practical experience. The team is adept at handling steel structure engineering design and modeling under various standards such as Chinese, European, and American norms. For urgent client project needs, the center can also assist in completing PKPM primary design to effectively accelerate project progress, providing efficient and high-quality service support. To systematically enhance the company's technological innovation capabilities, we actively build an open innovation ecosystem by engaging industry-leading technical experts for in-depth exchanges and collaborations, continuously injecting innovative momentum. Specific collaborating experts include but are not limited to:

  1. Collaboration with Academician Lü Xilin of Tongji University and Professor Lu Zheng on the high-rise structure vibration reduction design project: Utilizing advanced technologies such as modern engineering mathematics, physics, and computer simulation for calculation and analysis to verify whether the structural safety meets the latest national code requirements.
  2. Collaboration with Professor Bao Yu of Wuhan University of Technology on the high-rise structure vibration reduction design project: Conducting calculations and verifications on the overall displacement, bending moment, and stress of the structure after installing dampers to ensure compliance with relevant standards and requirements.
  3. Collaboration with Professor Zhang Dongyu of Harbin Institute of Technology on the TLD damper design and testing project: Performing vibration reduction design calculations for TLD dampers and employing environment-excited structural modal parameter identification methods. After collecting on-site modal parameters of the steel chimney structure using acceleration sensors, the wind-induced vibration reduction effect of the TLD dampers is verified.

  The company has independently developed a self-supporting steel chimney and its supporting TLD design program, which includes CAD, ANSYS, WPS, and MATLAB modules. It enables one-click calculation and generation of corresponding calculation reports, one-click generation of design scheme drawings, and calculates the damping rate based on chimneys of different regions, heights, and masses. It features the simplest design, optimal process, best seismic and damping effects, highest domestic material utilization rate, and lowest cost, filling a gap in the industry. The flue gas engineering design program was jointly developed by Qingdao Haoyu Environment and a team of professors from Harbin Institute of Technology, Tongji University, Wuhan University of Technology, Southeast University, and others. It has undergone multiple design tests and trials, with secondary and tertiary reviews conducted simultaneously by Harbin Institute of Technology, Tongji University, and Wuhan University of Technology. The program fully complies with and exceeds current national standards, achieving an internationally advanced level.

  The Haoyu Heavy Industry Technology Center currently focuses on steel structure detailing design, refined node calculations, complex steel structure design (including special-shaped components, box columns, cross columns, etc.), and steel structure optimization. The center is capable of undertaking detailed design for various steel structures such as light steel, heavy steel, frames, and trusses, with particularly rich experience in the modeling and detailing of chemical industry steel structures. From owner engineering drawing requirements to communication, analysis, summarization, and drawing confirmation at the technology center, a complete structural system has been established to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of diverse procurement needs for owner projects.
