Project Overview: The relocation and upgrading of the caprolactam industry chain has a total investment of 13.95
billion yuan, making it the largest investment project in the history of Baling Petrochemical. The project is located
on the north side of the Yueyang Green Chemical Industry Park in Hunan Province. The construction scope
includes the entire industry chain from coal to hydrogen to polyamide. In the process units constructed, new
technologies independently developed by Sinopec are used for cyclohexanone, hydrogen peroxide, etc. This
project has been included in the 2020 key project management by the headquarters, and has also been listed
 as a key project in Hunan Province and a "Five 100" major industrial project.

Scope of the contract: Our company has undertaken the design, production, and on-site technical services of
a self-supporting steel chimney for the carbon dioxide venting and residual liquid treatment project of this project.
