Project Overview: The 260000 tons/year polycarbonate project is a large-scale full process high-end new
material project for polycarbonate jointly constructed by Sinopec and Saudi Arabia in Tianjin, following the
million ton ethylene project. It is an important achievement of Sinopec's "bringing in and going out" strategy.

The total investment of this project is 10.1 billion yuan, including 2 production lines, 4 sets of production
equipment, and supporting facilities for public works.

Scope of the contract: Our company has undertaken the modeling refinement, processing and manufacturing,
as well as on-site technical services for the PC device, bisphenol A device, and steel structures such as
pipe galleries for this project.
